What is Talents Beat? â–¼
Talents Beat is a platform for measuring job satisfaction, employee engagement, and running focus group sessions. Companies can request services, assign templates to questionnaires, and view reports with Pareto analysis and recommendations.
How do I get started as a company? â–¼
Register as a company, submit a service request, and accept the proposal. Once approved, you can create questionnaires, assign templates, and invite employees. For focus groups, the admin starts the session and participants answer dimension by dimension.
What are Job Satisfaction and Job Engagement? â–¼
Job Satisfaction covers dimensions such as work organization, environment, manager relationship, pay and benefits, development, and fairness. Job Engagement covers pride, commitment, and initiative. Both use standardized questions and thresholds.
How do Focus Group sessions work? â–¼
The admin creates a focus session and invites employees. When the session starts, participants see one dimension at a time. Each dimension has a gate question (Do you face an issue?). If Yes, they answer direct cause (A) and root driver (B). If No, they skip to the next dimension. The admin advances when everyone has completed the current dimension.
Can I change the template after creating a questionnaire? â–¼
You can change the template assignment before the focus session has ended. Once the session is completed, the template is locked for that questionnaire.
